Welcome to Residifi. By accessing and using our estate management software, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Residifi ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Any participation in this Service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this Service.

2. Service Provision

Residifi provides estate access management software to residential communities. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Residifi shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access codes, passwords, and account credentials. Estate administrators are responsible for managing resident data in strict compliance with local regulations and privacy laws.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission by Residifi.

4. Limitation of Liability

Residifi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Security of physical premises remains the sole responsibility of the estate management and appointed physical security personnel. Residifi provides software tools to assist in this process but does not guarantee physical security.

5. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
