Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 16, 2026
At Residifi, protecting your privacy and the security of your residential data is our top priority. This policy outlines how we handle your information.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide directly to us to facilitate estate access. For residents and administrators, this includes full names, email addresses, phone numbers, and physical property addresses within the estate.
For visitors, we collect names, vehicle plate numbers, and precise visit logs (check-in and check-out times). We also automatically collect system access logs, IP addresses, and basic device information for security auditing and debugging.
2. How We Use Information
The information we collect is strictly used to provide, maintain, and improve the Residifi Service. The primary uses include:
- Processing and validating access code requests at security gates.
- Facilitating physical security operations and maintaining accurate visitor logs.
- Sending critical service notifications and security alerts.
- Authenticating users to prevent unauthorized system access.
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
Your personal data is strictly isolated to your specific estate (Tenant environment). It is shared exclusively with authorized estate administrators and designated security personnel within your community.
We absolutely do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. We may only disclose your data if legally required to do so by law enforcement agencies.
4. Data Security & Storage
We implement robust technical and organizational security measures, including row-level database isolation for multi-tenancy and industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest.
We retain visitor data only for as long as mandated by your estate's individual data retention policies, after which it is securely anonymized or deleted.
5. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Residents should direct such requests to their respective estate administrators, who manage the data entered into the Residifi platform.
