The flat ₦150,000 monthly fee covers platform infrastructure: secure tenant administrative panel, real-time security guard scanning interfaces, night data backups, hosting, and standard customer support.

The resident fee is calculated dynamically based on the total active resident profiles registered in your system. It is ₦750 per resident per month. If a profile is deactivated by the admin, it is instantly excluded from your next billing cycle.
